Thanks to my best friend who also happens to be my daughter. She keeps me going almost on a daily basis. Matter of fact, Harmony and her good friend Chrissy set me up so I could share my thoughts with all of you. Hopefully I will have some funny thoughts and experiences to share.
To Chrissy, congratulations on your success with WW. Last time I saw you, I was impressed with your dedication (not to mention the goals you have reached)
